Two questions: 1) The voucher is good for 180 days (6 months) and for 6 sessions yet you say the time frame is 6 to 8 weeks between one appointment and the other (see Rick H.'s question) that then would go beyond 180 days? 2) If I buy, what is needed before my first visit in January, when should I stop waxing my upper lip? a week before, 2 weeks before? I would love to start in mid January after coming back from the holidays and then go every 4 weeks more or less for my upper lip.

you just have to start your treatments before the expiration date not finish all of your sessions. to prepare for your first visit, you must discontinue waxing and tweezing for at least 2 weeks to a month in advance. you want to shave before your first session. when you call to schedule your first appointment, the receptionist will go over instructions with you. What hours are available for appts? I work M-F 8 to 5 so trying to see about appts outside those hours... and how much time needs to be between appts to get the most effect. Thank you

our hours of operation are monday thru friday 9:00am -6:00 pm and one saturday a month. the time frame in between sessions are every 6 to 8 weeks. thanks.

My understanding is that only particular lasers work on dark skin. Do you use the Nd: YAG 1064nm laser which is recommended for dark skin?

we have several lasers including the Nd-YAG 1064 wavelength. If you are a darker skin type this is the one that will be used. Thanks

I would like to pay for sessions with a time limit not "body parts" I have already been lasered my entire back, upper arms, shoulders, and have had great results. I just have a few small patches of darker hair in odd places on shoulders and upper back. SMALL PATCHES. I would like to pay for small area, but don't want to have a complicated interaction about this approach. I just need a touch up. I am looking for a new laser service that will work with more flexibility for my situation. Phone number for your office has voice mail during the day.
