Very sorry for the delay! The level rating indicates the amount of experience a stylist has. Level 1 and level 2 stylists are relatively new, with level 2 stylists having slightly more experience than level 1 stylists. To learn more about the stylists available with the Groupon, please call the salon at (828) 232-1017.

Could you see if I have been a client at your salon. Before I buy a certificate? I have been to one on brodway back about 10 years. Just do not know if it was with yours. I like change so would your staff be able to give me the look I need? Thank you, Glenda S
