I was wondering if the $100 value must be spent all in one visit to Andre Chreky? I think I know the answer, but I thought I’d ask anyway. Thanks!

Going off of that – this might seem obvious, but how would it work if you wanted to use your groupon for a $95 massage versus a $110 massage?

I have a question about it only being for new customers, I went there once, but wouldn’t consider myself a regular customer. Can I still buy?

If you select a $95 massage, you will not get any cash back when you redeem the Groupon. But you’ll still be getting a $95 massage for $50. (47% off) If you select a $110 massage, you can just pay an extra $10 when you show up to make up the difference in the value of your Groupon and the cost of the service. I hope that helps!

Andre Chreky does keep track of customers through a computer system, so you are very likely in their database already. You can give them a call to double-check at (202) 293-9393, but this is a promotion specifically for new customers.

Lauren: The “Fine Print” right under the images has all of the terms: Expires 10/31/2009
New customers only. Limit 2/person. Must call to schedule. Only valid for services. Not valid for haircut with Andre. Not valid with any other offers. Groupon must be redeemed in 1 visit. Gratuity not included. If you have already purchased the Groupon you can contact support@groupon.com and will quickly be able to void your purchase since your credit card has not been charged yet.

Susan, Dina – If you do buy two Groupons you must also use them in one visit.

Rick, Dina – You are welcome to buy a Groupon as a gift. The Groupon will have your name, but also a unique 7-digit ID number on it. The staff at Andre Chreky will be checking off the Groupon’s as they come in by the ID number, so it won’t matter that your friend has a Groupon with your name on it. It will be a nice reminder of who the gift came from! If you are unsure if gift recipient has been to Andre Chreky before, give them a quick call and ask them to look up the name for you. Hi. Can the Groupon be used on a spa package? I would like to get the 4hr one with massage, haircut, mani and pedi. I know haircuts aren’t covered, so not sure how this would work. I know there is a balance I would have to pay at the time of service. Also, I was interested in getting 2 Groupons for me and 2 for my husband. Is this possible? Thanks!!

Hello Kristina,

You may buy 2 Groupons and apply the $200 value towards the 4 hour spa package. You’d would have to pay the $125 difference between the total price of that package and your Groupon value when you arrive.

You are welcome to buy two for yourself, and your husband is welcome to also buy two, but you’ll have to each buy them in separate transactions. Our online shopping cart won’t allow you to buy four at one time since that is above the “2 per customer” and “1 gift” limit we have set.

Hi Kristina – One more thing. The only haircuts that are not covered are those performed by Andre Chreky himself. There is an entire team of great stylists over there ready to cut your hair! :)

Sarah, one last question… does the groupon have an expiration date?

On the left hand side description it says “facial” but the right hand side does not list facials as what you can get. Are facials included?
