Angelina Fine Art

For Angelina D’Arcy, art serves as an outlet for both relaxation and communication. Her own work combines the abstractions in the world around her with the simple lines of flowers, calling to mind masters ranging from van Gogh to Georgia O’Keefe. When she’s not creating and exhibiting her own artwork, Angelina shares her passion with amateur artists through painting workshops. During classes, she teaches sketching, painting, and color-mixing techniques, along with art theory. She also unlocks deeper techniques during abstract art and self-portrait classes, which force students to take a closer look at themselves and then turn their features into expressive squiggles. Angelina embraces art away from the studio, too; in her free time, she works as a volunteer committee member of the local Foundation of Local Arts (FOLA) and helps people heal through a program with Free Arts for Abused Children.
