Garlic-buttered edamame whets appetites for the chef's special rolls, such as the lobster-tempura roll with spicy mayo or the OMG roll, stuffed with spicy crab salad and tempura shrimp and topped with fish and sesame soy sauce.

Ani Sushi

Ani Sushi's modern, almost stark décor of light wooden planks and white accent walls stands in contrast to the chef's colorful, flavorful explorations of sushi. Seaweed enwraps tempura fried baby lobster, bathed in a sweet sesame soy sauce. The lollipop roll, on the other hand, replaces the seaweed wrap with cucumber, stuffing it with raw tuna, yellowtail, salmon, and avocado. The kitchen also supplies hot meals to supplement the chef's uncooked creations, included kurobuta sausages, asparagus and bacon, and chicken yakitori.
