we cannot combine this deal with insurance plans, but if we take your insurance, you can come in, and see which would be better, your insurance or the Groupon deal.

Just to make it clear: out of $305 total value, only $200 goes towards the lenses and the frame. I am just trying to estimate how much shall be added (say for a frame of $340)... Thanks

The $305 value includes the $105 exam (with dialation) and $200 towards a complete set of eyeglasses (frame and lenses). Any additional cost will be covered by the customer. So, for instance, if your frame is $340, and your lens is $100, the total is is $440, less 200, your total is $220.
