The Lipo-Light system uses LED light and gentle heat to prompt the release of stored fat in a process called lipolysis. The combination of light and heat then begins to burn off this fat, a process aided by exercise. During 30-minute sessions, techs place eight pads on trouble spots such as the thighs, abs, arms, or knees, producing a sensation of gentle heat and no downtime-requiring side effects. Though the effects are often visible after one session, most patients see complete results after eight.
