The massage is performed by the GK3 Physio Machine, a device that can also be used to treat cellulite. If desired, customers can substitute the mechanical massage for the mechanical cellulite treatment. For the manicure and pedicure, nail polish is not included. Coowner and medical nurse Marilyn Sepe helms Anti Aging Laser & Wellness Centre with a down-to-earth attitude. Her years of working in the skincare and medical industries have taught her that doctors and aestheticians often speak down to their clients—or talk above their heads. Marilyn, on the other hand, excels at listening. During consultations, she learns about her clients on a personal level, asking questions to find out what they like best about their looks, what they would change if they could, and what the deal is with airline food, right, folks? With this information, she helps them devise a treatment plan that may incorporate facials, laser hair removal, dermal fillers, or photofacials.

Even though Marilyn is a nurse and these treatments take place in a clinical setting, the centre's team hasn’t sacrificed comfort. Clients entering the spa's cozy confines are greeted by dim lighting and soft jazz, and sage-green walls, brown trim, and cork flooring surround them as they sip cups of tea fetched by the staff.
