Can you explain what a hydromassage is? It's the one that available on a unlimited basis for 1 month with the $29 groupon. Is there an additional charge or fee for the hydromassage? Thanks.

Please see the attached link (http://www.hydromassage.com/general-hydromassage-bed.htm). Mine is very similar to this one (different manufacturer). The Larkfield location is the only one to feature a Hydromassage bed, the others have tanning beds. The Hydromassage is unlimited (once per day) for the entire time on your Groupon. Are you able to go into the gym 24/7 or only during staffed hours. Right now I have the two week trial and I have a door key. So will I be able to go work out anytime I want still? And if I am able to take advantage of the door key, how would they keep track of using my gym passes?

Would the passes be available to use as I want them. For example, If I wanted to use them 19 different times over a year. Is there a limited time that I am allowed to use the passes?

We ask that you use them over a two month period. However, we can work with you to a degree. Presuming you like the club, you may want to consider a membership. If you would only be using the club sporadically, talk to us about your situation and maybe we can accommodate a special need.

No, the Groupon deal will allow you to attend any one of the locations listed. So, choose the one that you feel you will be using the most, if you were to join. Once you join you will have access to over 2000 locations around the world, including Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park.

Is there a pool at the Rohnert Park location?

Unfortunately we do not have pools at any of our locations. I have been a member of a few gyms in my life many of which included pools. I join them with the intention of using the pool but ultimately used the pool very little. This offer allows you to try our gym for a short time at very low cost to see if we would be a good fit for you. Even though we do not have a pool.

I am new to going to gyms. What are gym passes? are they only good for one visit per gym pass?

Passes is a term that groupon dictated that I use. You will have full use of the gym just like our traditional members do. I will putility you in our computer system and allow you access for one month. If you have not visited the gym 20 times during that period, I will extend the time. We want you to experience the gym fully so that you can assess whether or not we are a good fit for you.
