$49 for Four Weeks of Aquatic Boot Camp (Up to $169 Value)

Students can choose from two different boot camp sessions each consisting of 12 aquatic boot-camp classes spread across four weeks. During phase 1 classes, ideal for clients with no previous swimming experience, trained instructors lead all drills in shallow water and create a soothing and comfortable experience. Trainers motivate phase 2 aqueous adventurers to slim down with pool sprints, poolside exercises, and water treading with the added resistance of weights. Customers opting for phase 2 sessions must be able to swim 50 yards non-stop and also tread water continuously for five minutes. Students must bring their own equipment, including fins, goggles, and a bathing suit. Phase 2 classes are designed for triathletes, marathoners, CrossFitters, house moms, and anyone else looking for a hardcore challenge. Alternatively fitness seekers of all levels are welcome for phase 1 sessions. Check out the schedule for the Addison, Rockwall, and Southlake locations. Phase 2 sessions are available at all Sgt. H2O's Aquatic Boot Camp locations; Phase 1 classes are available only at the Addison and Southlake locations.

SGT. H20's CombatSwim

Trainer and fitness guru Justin Bradshaw modeled SGT. H20's CombatSwim after the rigorous training he received as an Army diver. His challenging exercises encourage full-body fitness, using workouts that build stamina, boost metabolism, improve swimming skills, and promote weight loss. Incorporating the best of land-based cross-training systems, CombatSwim includes plenty of high-intensity interval training and pulse-hiking calisthenics. In the pool, water adds extra resistance that amplifies the effects of the exercises, which include swimming sprints, endurance swimming, and treading water with weights.
