Thanks for the question! The Ultimate Facial does not include manual extractions, but they use an ultrasonic wand that will extract the pores.

Hi, I wanted to purchase the ultimate facial When I click on the options to buy though, the facial that comes up is the "ultrasonic facial", which on Ardan's website is a different facial than the ultimate facial.
