At Arriba Restaurant—nestled within the Renaissance Toronto—executive chef Mark Ezrin fills the menu with seasonally-inspired recipes realized with Ontario-grown ingredients. In the kitchen, he grills Ontario bone-in pork chops for dinner and crafts elegant breakfasts, including egg white frittatas covered with asparagus, Ontario hot house tomatoes, and goat cheese. Diners swivel in their brightly upholstered chairs toward a wall-length window and peek into the Rogers Centre, host to mega-concerts and the home of the Argonauts, Blue Jays, and a family of giants.
