Art Quick Golf Academy

Working in California during Hollywood’s golden age certainly had its perks. In his first job as a golf instructor, Art Quick played alongside Bing Crosby, Betty White, and Fred Astaire—who, in return for his sage golf advice, taught Art how to dance without needing to constantly twirl a putter. Art’s golf skills earned him a spot on the PGA Tour from 1974 to 1975 and on the senior tour after he turned 50. Following his playing career, Art built a successful reputation as a golf instructor, fusing his professional knowledge of the game with a charming personality and life story that makes communication effortless.

Today, Art spreads his golf wisdom from the climate-controlled comfort of an indoor practice studio, where he draws from 65 years of experience to improve the swings of golfers ranging from greenhorns to green-jacket holders.
