Hello, I am wondering if your basic class is for all fitness levels. I am relatively active (Yoga and Zumba) but not very strong. I have done a kettlebell workout DVD but it is only a 3 pound bell. I would like to be stronger but I find any class with weights very challenging. I don't mind a challenge but I am not interested in "bulking up". thanks!
