Questions and Answers

I not sure I understand your response to previous question. It's clear that you are selling wine and snacks, but can you bring your own snacks and refreshments (I don't drink beer or wine).

Pamela H. asked 2 years, 4 months, 2 days, and 55 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Pamela! We also sell soda and are not allowed by State law to let customers bring in alcoholic beverages. We prefer that you not bring your own food in but will allow it if you feel the need to do so. Hope to see you at Arté!

What is the canvas size of the paintings?

Katie T. asked 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, 10 hours, and 56 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Katie! All of our paintings are done on 16 X 20 gallery wrapped canvas. I hope you'll join us!

thomas p. asked 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, 19 hours, and 16 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Thomas! YES - this is exactly for someone like you :) Many (if not most) of the people who come to Arté have no painting experience.

Hi! I noticed that this expires in June. I want to know if I buy this now, and give it to my friend for her birthday (March) instead of Christmas, can she schedule her classes for AFTER the June expiration, or do they have to be scheduled before the expiration date?

Nichole L. asked 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, 22 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 2 answers

Lisa A.

Hi Nichole! Your friend can schedule her class any time before June 30th but the class can happen after that. We post our calendar out about 6 weeks so if she schedules by June 30th, she could potentially attend a class through mid-August - does that make sense?

Lisa A. answered 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, 21 hours, and 58 minutes ago

Yes it does! Thank you! She paints with oils, and I see that she paints more flowery things than ever... O'Keefe maybe? So, I have to get a "feel" for it, within 10 hours apparently! LOL She might not want to do it at all because it's acrylics... But she might "venture" away from them.. Thanks again!

I see you will have wine and beer for sale. Can we bring our own? If not, what are your prices?

karen s. asked 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 2 hours, and 6 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hello Karen, we will be offering wine, beer, and soda for sale between the price range of $4.50 to $8.00. We will also have appetizers for sale as well. Thank you for your business and we look forward to painting with you at Arte! Karen

After reading your response to Kristin's questions, I must admit, you were as clear as mud. I still don't know what I as a single individual would be paying and getting, as opposed to what two people. Could you try to restate this more clearly? Thanks, Suzanne

Susanne K. asked 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 13 hours, and 35 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Susanne! The deal is for 2 classes so you can either register two people for a class or one person for 2 classes. You still pay either $35 or $45 to purchase the Groupon voucher (depending on if you prefer a 2 or 3 hour class) but, as an individual, you would be entitled to 2 classes. Hope this clears it up!

Lisa A. answered 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 4 hours, and 47 minutes ago

I went to the site and followed the directions by entering my code but the site wants to charge me an additional $45 and showing a 50% discount, but I already paid my 50% on Groupon. If I pay the additional cost on the site it is no longer a deal and becomes full price. I paid groupon $45 and then have to pay another $45 on the site? Something is not right.

Lisa A.

Hi Jennifer! I responded to the emails you sent through the reservation system but I want to make sure you see my answer so will do so again. The Groupon codes are not technically available for use until the day after the deal ends (Thursday) but I will be happy to activate them sooner (as soon as I hear from you). All I need you to do is either email me or call me with the codes. You can email me at info@artewineandpaint.com or call me at 414.810.6095. Thanks and we look forward to you joining us at Arté!

Lisa A. answered 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 4 hours, and 47 minutes ago

WOW! You've been so accommodating. Thank you so much for your help! We are signed up and ready for fun!

Jennifer B. answered 2 years, 4 months, 3 days, 8 hours, and 51 minutes ago

Does this have to be for 2 people, or could one person come 4 times?

B. H. asked 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 28 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Betty! The deal is for two people - one class each but you are welcome to use it yourself for 2 classes (not 4 classes). Hope to see you at Arté!

I'm confused about the wine part... is it included in the price? for sale? bring your own?

David M. asked 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 20 hours, and 43 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi David! Thanks for your question. The drinks are not included in the price - we will be selling beer and wine by the glass and wine by the bottle for consumption on the premises. We hope you join us!

Lisa A. answered 2 years, 4 months, 4 days, 19 hours, and 22 minutes ago

Hi there, This is exactly what we were looking for to do as a group ... there are about 12 -15 of us. My concern is that we find a class that we could all get into together. How many people are allowed in ONE class? Thanks.

Jennifer D. asked 2 years, 4 months, 5 days, 23 hours, and 11 minutes ago - 1 answer

Lisa A.

Hi Jennifer! You and your group will have an awesome time at Arté! Our public classes accommodate 30-35 people so you would take up about half of it. OR - you could book a private party :) If you can guarantee 15 people, we can offer you the whole studio on a Sun - Tuesday evening or anytime during the day except on Saturday. Call us for more details!
