Hi Carol! Sorry for the delay! Each appointment is spaced six weeks minimum from the last. Each appointment is 30 minutes long. Compression hose must be worn for 3 to 4 days following the treatment. The appointments cannot be scheduled for the same day or 3 consecutive days. They sell the compression hose at their office for $40.
