Hi! There are 3 of us that will be in Chicago Feb 20-23. Since the salon is closed for services on Mondays, do you know if they would be able to fit the 3 of us in at the same time either Sunday 2/21 or Tuesday 2/23? I wish I could call to make a reservation before I buy but they are closed today!

They are actually in today answering phones but not until 10 am. So just call back after that. You can always put the order in for three and cancel the order before midnight tonight if they cannot accommodate you. Sounds like fun!

I bought this Groupon and when my husband called today to book the appointment, he was told I could not do everything on the same day. I wanted to add a haircut and after reading the posts yesterday, I was under the impression I could for an additional $20.00. My husband called to make my appointment and was told that I could get my hair cut on Friday, then reschedule my Groupon for a later date. Is there a scheduling issue or are you just booked?

I just called to book my appointment, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on and now when I call back it goes to voicemail!
First the guy who answered told me the Groupon could not be used befor April! I said that nothing in the offer mentioned that date and he put me on hold for the first time. When he returned, he offered no explanation for his previous comment and asked when I wanted to book services. He told me to hold on again, I waited another 8 minutes, then was hung up on.
Finally, a very nice woman answered and explained that the whole package cannot be booked on the same day until after April, but they will book parts of the package before then. She was very helpful and I was able to get in for the haircut and blowdry next week.

Received a phone earlier this week, April 5 to inform me that my appointment for April 8 is cancelled due to store closing for business.
