Hello Mae, The VelaShape really does 3 things: reduces the size of fat cells in targeted areas, smoothes and improves the appearance of cellulite, and helps to tighten skin. However, it is not for use on the face. And, the degree of skin tightening really depends on the extent of your loose skin. We'd have to evaluate you during a consultation to give you realistice expectations. For skin that has lost elasticity and is excessively loose the device may do very little. However, we specialize in body contouring and have many options for these types of issues. Hope this helps!
