Do you have to have a specific type shoe?

That's a good question. It's best to wear shoes with smooth soles. This makes it easier to move your feet around the floor. Athletic shoes create too much traction and I don't recommend flip flops because the won't stay on your feet very well.

If my husband and I attend classes as a couple, would we be required to change partners and dance with other people in the group? Or do pairs stay together for the duration of the class?

I am curious. You mention that there are classes 5 days a week for ABDT. But I checked the schedules and ABDT are only available 4 days a week (Mon - Thursday). So I just wanted to verify the information. Thank you

For group lessons you can just show up for the designated classes. For private you will need to call the studio to set up an appointment.
