Sarah— Is it first come first serve basis regarding the seats? how will they decide who gets the best seats out of those who purchased the 35$ tickets?

I’m glad you are excited for this weekend’s Groupon :) My best advice is to call as soon as you get your coupon and reserve your seats. They will accommodate everyone for their game of choice, but the seats are subject to availability.

Hello again Groupies!
Just an update… it looks like there are still quite a few people still left to reserve their tickets. For this reason, Drew will be available tomorrow (Oct 29th) as well to take any ticket requests. If you had called in and never received a call back, because of mass volume of calls coming in, it may have fallen through the cracks. Please call tomorrow to reserve your seats and they will make sure you’re all taken care of!

I have recently learned that I will not be able to attend the Hawks game on Friday, December 4 because of an event at school. Is it possible to get a refund of the tickets?

I just wanted to make it clear that all redemption instructions will be available for you on your coupon. You should receive your coupon via email the following day (i.e. sign up today, coupon tomorrow… sign up tomorrow, coupon on sunday etc..)
**Your coupon will include the number that you will need to call to reserve your tickets. This number is a specific number only found on your coupon. Once you receive your coupon, call the number provided and you will have your choice of any game listed, no matter what, as long as you call by October 28th.
