ATP Specific Training
Natural light floods into ATP Specific Training’s recently remodeled studio, illuminating training equipment such as barbells, yoga balls, and Pilates Reformers. Members of the fitness staff, including exercise-video star and co-owner Tracey Mallett, help clients increase endurance and lose weight during innovative group classes. Available classes include Booty Barre and Indo-Row, a workout that captures all the elements of on-water rowing, as well as a circuit-style session that combines both classes. In addition to fitness classes, a physical-therapy staff blends manual techniques, modalities, and exercises to treat clients with sports-related injuries, poor balance, and post-pregnancy pain.
