Staffed by skilled makeup artists and cameramen, the photo factory is filled with high-tech equipment and various backgrounds for creating memories that will remain memories. After an on-site makeover (a $29.95 value) prepares hair and faces for the inevitable flashes, groups of up to six posers can break out their own props, outfits, expressions, and Pat Boone masks, sit for a 2- to 2.5-hour session (a $29.95 value), and then pick one pose to preserve on a 10"x13" print (a $49.95 value), an 8"x10", two 5"x7" prints, and eight wallet prints (a $69.95 value for the set), and the image on CD (a $50 value).

Attraction Studio

The photographers at Attraction Studio doll up subjects before subjects make their debut in front of the flashing lights. Both the West Covina and Arcadia locations employ professional makeup and hair artists for family, boudoir, or maternity shoots that shuffle backdrops and allow two to three wardrobe changes. Personal items, such as a basketball, guitar, or piece of lint—brought along as props—add a touch of personality to the 25–50 photos snapped at the shoot. After the session, a computerized slideshow parades the fresh snapshots so that customers can nominate their favorites for prints and retouching. Pictures gain an aesthetic lift from Magic Touch, which enables photographers to remove wrinkles, blemishes, and third eyes.
