Can I buy the package for interior and exterior, but use it at separate times? One for interior, b/c I want to get that done first, but I can wait on teh exteior for a later time. Thanks!

Yes. Thank you for your question. We do hand wash the entire outside as well as apply the wax by hand.

The exterior detail will it take off hard water stains and then keep them off?

Thank you for your question. Most of the time, hard water stains do come off of the paint. However, some times if the water stains have been there long enough, you may need to upgrade to our premium package that includes a clay bar of the exterior paint, followed by a buff and polish and an application of our paint sealant to completely remove the water stains. It really just depends on the severity.

I am considering buying this for my girlfriend's 2009 Toyota Corolla. However, I don't think a light cleaning will be sufficient. Can you estimate how additional payment might be needed for a bit heavier cleaning?

We probably didn't use the word "light" correctly. It's more in reference of our products that are not harsh or damaging to any of the surfaces inside the vehicles. All of our details are very deep and through. You may not incur any additional charges, but if there are severe stains on the carpet on seats there may be a small charge of $35-$75 depending on how bad and locations. And if they are really severe we can discuss other options like dying or replacement. Great question,thanks for asking.
