Hi Mayazelle! Yes, this punch card can be used for an oil change with new filter and lube service. Please note that there is an extra charge for synthetic oil. This punch card also can be used for a tire rotation.

Hi Emily! Sorry for the delay and the confusion! You just need to activate your Groupon by the expiration date (February 6, 2013). Once activated, you will have a year to use your punch card.
