Mario didn't have a very nice personality. It looked like he just wanted to get the job over with like he didn't like the idea I was using a Groupon. He didn't give me any type of receipt saying he did any work to my windshield, I didn't like that. I would NOT RECOMMEND Auto Glass Ottawa to anyone!

There's a little tip of glass sticking out from the windshield. While filled, it is clear there was a hole. The worker who serviced my windshield was continually talking on his cell phone, making it quite difficult for me to ask him any questions. He offered no information about what he was doing, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer.

I didn't really expect much because I was using a groupon to get a service that would otherwise be kind of pricey. But at the same time he scheduled my appointment for 11:30 and asked me to wait for 2 and half hours because he was busy with something else. It only took him 10 minutes to finish "fixing" the chips in my windshield. And in the end I'm not entirely sure what exactly was or wasn't done because the chips are still there and look the same. I was patient with him because like I said, I was using a groupon. Last time I do that.
