Does this inlude a personal trainer session and how much are the individual sessions with a personal trainer?

Hello. You do receive a session with a trainer. We have a variety of training packages available. Our 55 min sessions range from $55-$65 depending on the number of sessions. Our 25 min sessions range fro $34-$40 depending on number of sessions purchased.

Laura. After your 8 weeks you will have the ability to join. We will have a special program available for those individuals that purchase a groupon to enroll at a discount. Enrollment fees range from $49-$149 depending on the type of memebrship you choose. All options are month to month with no contract.

What are your regular monthly membership fees per month as well as any other sign up fees? Do you have discounts for seniors? Are you part of the Blue Cross program for seniors?

They range from $34-$39 per month. Wnrollment fees range from $79-$149. We have a program designed for seniors that provides a discount, and we do participate in the Regence Blue Cross Program.
