Good voucher price. Courteous service person. Appointment arranged via e-mail. The only thing I would have preferred different is a text/phone call 15 minutes ahead of arrival as requested but didn't receive.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician arrived at the expected time, removed his boots at the door and wore a mask, respecting safe distancing. He worked for about an hour and reported the furnace was clean and in good shape. The filter didn't need replacing so he left the new filter.
