When it says "redeemable from 5:30 p.m.–7 p.m.," does that mean you have to pay your bill before 7pm or that you have to have sat down prior to 7pm?

You would present the Groupon to your server when seated, so as long as you present it by 7pm you would be fine.

The restaurant is open for dinner on specific dates, due to this being a teaching facility. The dates are: http://www.groupon.com/deals/back-stage-bistro-chicago/special_content As for Vegetarian options, the menu changes frequently. I would suggest calling ahead to confirm. Yet, regularly, there are Veggie Options.
