Hi Gloria, The deal includes everything. We don’t offer supplemental insurance. You will need to provide CC info in case of damage to snowmobile.

Sorry for the delay in answering. The shuttle for the groupon is from Silverthorne. There is free public transport throughout Summit County. Most saturdays are still available. We would love to have you join us! The ranch were the snowmobile tour departs from is a bed and breakfast their website is www.aspencanyon.com. There are some hotels in Silverthorne as well. In Breck – try Rock Resorts – sometimes they have good specials going on.
I am going to be in Breckenridge the week of April 12th and was curious if you are still open that late into the season. It would be me, my wife, and our 6 year-old son that would be riding. Thanks

DO NOT GET THIS GROUPON. The staff are rude when calling. I have a friend from TX that booked direct with the company. She did not know the questions to ask regarding CO weather and distance for a small child. Turns out, she wanted to cancel w/in an hour of purchase and one of the staff members asked her, "well which one is it? is it too cold or to far? No refunds.

Hi Laura, she did call the 970 # and ordered directly through them, but when she called not an hour later to cancel she was told no. Crazy enough, currently there is a power outage in Fort Worth so she does not have email access. They have her number.

My wife & I took the 4:30 tour last night (3/7/10) & it was amazing. I highly recommend this tour, and I can confidently state that even motorsports novices will feel at home.

I tried to take this tour and was driving up in the middle of a big snowstorm we had a few weeks ago. The roads were moving about 20 miles per hour and I was worried I-70 was going to close, so we had to turn around for Denver at about Evergreen Parkway. I called that day and left a message that we weren’t going to make it. When they finally called me back the following week the lady told me that I could rebook for the rebooking fee of $89 (the ENTIRE cost of the groupon). After talking in circles for several minutes I told her this was ridiculous, I wasn’t going to repay because of weather, and I was simply going to post a bad review. Upon which she started yelling at me and eventually caved to a $50 rebooking fee. At that point I told her I’d rather write a bad review about the terrible customer service and inability to be understanding concerning the weather. I would never go on a tour with this company after the rude way the woman in the office spoke to me. And honestly, I’d never buy another groupon.
we have had the biggest runaround with using this groupon and dealing with this vendor. We called to make a booking and were told the w/e before Easter, they were sold out, then we called back and inquired about the w/e over Easter, that was booked. Then we called back and booked it for this coming w/e. Meanwhile, the lady has called us, no joke, about 7 times between now and then to see if we couldn’t come Easter w/e after all. We couldn’t as we had already made plans. We book for this w/e. 2 different people called the same night asking the same question. Now this week, we’ve been called twice to ask if we can move our 4:30 scheduled ride to either 10 or 2. What is wrong with this vendor? We are not going to be able to use this groupon and, as much as I am a HUGE supporter of GROUPON, this is completely unacceptable! We tried to ask if there was any possibility of using it next season and it sounds like their farm is up for sale now. WISHING WE HAD NEVER PURCHASED THIS GROUPON AT ALL! SO DISAPPOINTED!
