$10 for $20 Worth of Breakfast, Brunch, or Lunch

Morning dishes, such as croissant sandwiches with eggs and gruyere ($9.50) and triple-berry pancakes ($11) populate the weekday breakfast menu, and weekend brunch choices range from sautéed spinach frittatas ($11) to a flight of five flavored bacons ($7). Weekday lunch includes such selections as a honey-mustard chicken sandwich with ham and melted gruyere ($9) and israeli couscous salad ($9).

Bakin’ & Eggs

Created by the morning-focused owners of the bakery known as Lovely, Bakin’ & Eggs gives breakfast dishes their time in the limelight by serving traditional eats, such as frittatas and pancakes, with less than typical ingredients, such as roasted asparagus and jalapeño sour cream. Fluffy eggs draped in gourmet cheese and bundled inside flaky croissants or multigrain bread create a host of breakfast-worthy sandwiches, and frittatas inspired by the flavors of Mexico, Italy, and Popeye's single-ingredient cookbook treat forks to layers of egg-laden goodness. But bacon is the star of the menu: it adds its salty decadence to burritos, rum-batter waffles, and biscuits and gravy, and it even flies solo in a five-flavor bacon flight so large that the Chicago Reader warns it requires "either a hearty appetite or plenty of reinforcements." As the hours march on, Bakin’ & Eggs also serves a number of lunch dishes, including grilled and fresh sandwiches and creative salads.

The Groupon Guide to: Finding a Thing of Money

Although everyone gets out of bed each day hoping that today will be the day they finally happen upon a life-altering thing of unclaimed money, finding a thing of money actually comes with intractable legal and ethical ramifications. What steps must you take before you have legal and moral right to a found thing of money?

  • Alert the police that you have found a thing of money. Give them your phone number in the event that someone reports that exact size of a thing of money missing. Do not give them your name.

  • Hang fliers around the area where you found the thing of money. Fliers about a free thing of money will likely attract ne'er-do-wells, so instead, have the fliers read: “Found: an item. Could be good, could be bad. Can you prove you lost something by guessing what I have found? We shall see.”

  • At the end of 30 days, if you feel fairly confident you have done everything humanly possible to find the thing of money’s original owner, go to your nearest charity. Dump half of the money into the charity’s mail slot. The remainder of the money is yours to keep, you good-hearted citizen.

What are the rules about finding a thing of money? Do you get to keep it?
