Brewer’s Café at Barley's

Each year, the brewery at Barley’s generates nearly 3,000 barrels of its handcrafted brews, each with its own distinctive coloring and flavor. The lightly hoppy Blue Diamond lager is robust and malty, the hearty Black Mountain carries hints of caramel, and the amber-colored Red Rock lager is full-bodied and hoppy. CBS Las Vegas had especially kind words for the banana clove-infused and bubblegum-flecked Boulder Gold hefeweizen, calling it “the lightest, smoothest beer available.”

A 15-foot glass wall gives diners an intimate view of the bustling brewery as they sit at tables, pairing tender steaks, angus beef burgers, and brick-oven pizzas with frosty pints. Other choices include the Reuben sandwich, whose corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss, and Thousand Island dressing Vegas Seven described as “every flavor and texture you could possibly need.” Post-meal, guests can grab another drink and head to the casino to try their luck at hot slots and video poker. The brewpub also features a sports book area, where gamblers can place bets on major sporting events such as baseball, boxing, and competitive basket weaving.
