Barre 101

There's definitely a barre in Barre 101's spacious studio, but students won't always be lined up at it. The studio's 60-minute, heart-pumping classes also incorporate mat exercises and cardio movements, ensuring that students blast calories while toning the entire body. For those who already know the barre choreography in their sleep, Level 2 classes are available for even more intense workouts.
