I read on your website that 2 of your pontoon boats allow dogs. If I get this Groupon, can I use it to reserve one of the dog-friendly boats?
If I buy right now can I book right now? If my sisters family wants a boat also can we plan on booking on the same day?

I bought a groupon that isn’t expired but I will never use it can I return it?
I believe this place also offers ski boats, are these available in this deal or is it just for Pontoons?
Patty – They do offer ski boats, but this Groupon is only fro the Pontoons.

Do you have boats that are wheelchair(power chair) accessable for this? I did Day On the Lake and a wonderful gentleman had his boat there that was- it was my 1st time on the water since I was hurt in 02! LOVED it and would love to do it again. Thanks!
Karen – Wheelchairs can get on the pontoons, but you do need some extra man power to get the wheelchair on the boat.

OKie dokie! Yes we had to have several guys hold the boat still so I could roll right on-can we bring a ramp of some sort to use to help us out perhaps? Thanks!
Our family consists of 6 adults and 3 children ages 10, 5 and 2 to equal 9. Would we all be able to go on one boat or does a 2 year old count?

I bought the Groupon but when I tried to make the reservation on a weekend day, I was forced to book the “full day” rental. I did not see any restrictions on the deal for weekends. Is there a way to book a “morning only” rental on a weekend or is the Groupon restricted to weekdays?
Angie – You should be able to book a half day on the website, I would suggest to call them.

for a family of 6, does each person need to buy a groupon or does just one person buy the groupon and have the boat rental for half a day to bring up to 7 others?
How long can I take to reserve the boat after I buy the coupon? Is the offer good for up to one year?
Betty – You can rent the boat for a half day, if you would like to use it for a full day its an extra $99. Please look in the fine print for the expiration date.

So do I have to reserve the boat immediately, or can I reserve it anytime between now and the end of May when it expires?

Cyndie S you just need one coupon for the entire boat. You can bring up to 7 quests.
I am wanting to buy the whole day but it only prompts me for the half day? If I half day can we do the afternoon time instead?

So could we use this for the afternoon session of the half day?
I am having difficulty booking online as is states my groupon number is not long enough. I sent an email the Boat Club in hopes that I can get some assistance. With the groupon expiring do we have to use the boat before experation or just book before?
I had many weeks of hassle trying to schedule this. The website was wrong, the log ins did not work, etc, etc. Then finally when booked- could not get there due to car trouble. Wasted $69 on this one, and don’t feel good about the level of communication I got from the vendor. Sorry!
Groupon has some really neat offerings but this one I can take to the lake!…I bought it!
