Not valid for people with high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, respiratory problems, history of kidney problems, have had recent surgeries, or pregnant women. Valid for any yoga, Pilates, or fusion classes. Not valid for specialty programs or bootcamp classes.

Hi Brooke, Thanks for your interest in our 6am - 6 Week program. The Groupon deal is for any regular classes on our schedule, it does not cover any speciality programs, workshops or bootcamp programs. The 6 week program is a specialty program specifically designed so that each week leads into the next, and is perfect for beginners to learn about yoga. I hope this helps.
