if i were to purchase the small area groupon (for upper lip hair removal) - is that a guarantee that that package covers the entire treatment plan? IE: if during the free consultation they tell me it will take more than six treatments to complete the hair removal process then what happens, am i locked into purchasing extra treatments, or can i opt out and get a full refund for the groupon?

Hi Jennifer, At Beautiful You we never lock you into purchasing extra treatments. We cannot make any guarantees, due to the fact there there are multiple reasons for hair growth. We do our best to get you as hair free as possible. If after your consultation you decide not to proceed with treatments Groupon will refund the purchase price of the certificate you purchased.

I hope this is a silly question, but it says under large treatment area, "lower leg." Does this Groupon just cover one lower leg or both?

Actually there has been a typo, it should say lower leg"s" under the large treatment areas. So yes Jen it would cover both legs. Sorry for any mix up.

Hi Tam, You may undergo treatments while you are nursing. If you would like to purchase the groupon and come in for a consultation before the expiration date we would be able to still honor the certificate for you, if you chose to wait until after you stopped nursing.

Hi, I'm wondering who does these treatments, and if you could tell us a bit about his/her qualifications? As i understand it, laser hair removal can be dangerous and should only be done by qualified individuals. Also, does the hair removal cause you to have visible burns/rashes or anything afterwards? If I got my chin done, would it be obvious if I went to work the next day?

Hi Jennifer, All of our technicians are Certified Laser Aestheticians. The treatments may cause some redness or swelling, but for most people it is minimal and they are able to return to work immediately.

I want to buy the product for hair removal on my neck - is that consider a small area? Do you also do an entire head - i.e. bald? Does this require repeat treatments beyond the 6 purchased?

Hi Eric, The front or back of neck would each be considered a medium area. We can do the head, that is not part of this promotion but you can give us a call and we would be happy to help you with that. Any treatment area may require more than 6 treatments. The average reduction after 6 treatments is about 70-80%.

The fine print indicates these treatments are not effective on blonde, red or grey hair. I have excessive light blond hairs on my cheeks/sideburns I would like to have removed -- am I correctly reading this that your treatments would be ineffective in this case?
