I currently go to BBL (its wonderful if you’re questioning a purchase) but the "fine print is a little confusing…Valid for current customers only if their appointment is with a new customer…..that doesn’t make sense – If I CAN buy this I want to but its sorta looking like i’m not able to — can you please clarify?? thanks

Back peels and back facials are available and the Groupon can be used towards them. Pricing on back peels depend on surface area— the entire back or just certain areas. Back facials are $90. Back peels would need a free consult to determine price.

Why can we only use with a new client? I go to B&B and have been for some time…they will not reward loyal clients? That is kinda messed up!
What is wrong with you guys complaining, I like having a facial, its relaxing. Try it first then complain.
I get all my waxing done at BBL and they are amazing! I get my brazilian, my eyebrows, and my lip. They are very quick and super friendly! They also have great hours for those of us who work Monday through Friday 8-5. Bonnie is my favorite but they are all great!

Worst Groupon EVER! you have to be a new customer to use it or if you are an existing customer (like mysefl) you have to bring someone with you. Really Like I want to bring a friend to my Brazillian. My schedule is already tight and now I have to find and bring a buddy to my brazillian Not Happy.
FYI in case anyone else faces this today – I purchased this $35 groupon today and made an appointment for today. But when my coupon was available to print it noted I couldn’t use it till tomorrow. I called the spa and they said no problem, I can use it today.

Many businesses use Groupon to grow their existing customer base. By running a feature, they are not necessarily making much, if any money on Groupon customers. They consider it an investment for their business.
Beauty and Body Lounge was generous enough to not limit this to only new customers, on the condition that you share this offer with a friend and redeem it together. I understand that it might not be ideal for you, but we wanted for you to at least have an opportunity to utilize today’s deal, instead of being completely restricted.

I purchased $80 worth of services for $35 yesterday from Beauty and Body Lounge. When I got the Groupon today, it says “Good for One Waxing or a Facial Peel”. A waxing is only $40, so where is the deal? If I present this to them, will I be able to obtain $80 of services as per the ad?

I bought this yesterday and it still stated on my account that my purchase was still in processed. I wonder why?
Just a note, I went and tried to use this. You have to use all 80 dollars at once. Stinks.
Bad. I would say “rip-off” but that would be exaggerating a little bit. My 160.00 gift certificate cost my lovely $200.00. I said to her well $40 extra thats not too bad if they did a good job.
DIRTY LOOK and she says “NO that was $200.00 on top of the 160.00 gift certificate!!!”
