During kids' aerial fitness classes, youngsters age 8-14 embark on high-flying exercise adventures aided by classic equipment including silks, hoops, and the stationary trapeze. In addition to burning excess energy and instilling a love of graceful motion, the exercises also help kids hone their youthful agility and build the foundation for a heart-healthy future.

Believe Fitness Studio inspires exercisers to shake off calories inside its freshly renovated, 8,000-square-foot facility stocked with brand-new equipment. The studio's selection of classes ranges from standard sessions of Pilates and TRX to less orthodox offerings, such as antigravity yoga, which challenges students to complete poses while suspended in midair without the aid of a fairy godmother. In the pole room, five platinum stage poles stretch toward the ceiling and facilitate sultry spins. Aerial arts classes are also available, using apparatuses such as silks, hoops, and stationary trapezes. Separate locker rooms for men and women allow for comfortable cooldown with private showers and changing rooms.
