After clients undress to their comfort level, technicians apply a special pumice-and-enzyme solution to exfoliate the body to kick off the Express F.I.T. body wrap session. Dressed in gauze infused with Bella Vidas’ blend of seaweed, herbs, and minerals, visitors enter a thermal F.I.T. bag, in which far-infrared technology works to induce sweating and break down fat deposits, sometimes burning up to as many as 1,400 calories in an hour. During the treatment visitors can listen to music, watch TV, or take a nap.
