It mentions if you get this groupon you must have a Florida Safe Boating Course Completion certificate. I am visiting the area from Indiana. Can I get this certificate from you at your location? If we don't have it, can we rent a boat for the day?

This certificate is a legal requirement from the State for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988. If you are older than this, it is not required but is still a good idea if you are not an experienced boater. It is available on line from a number of sources for $10 to $20. It should take 2 or 3 hours to complete for most people.

The small sea pro has a Bimini top which provides some shade if desired or can be removed to make it easier to fish. The large Sea Fox has a T-Top that provides a little shade. May is pretty open at this time, with the exception of the blackout for Memorial Day weekend. Obviously weekends are the busiest so book well in advance if you must have a weekend day.

South to Clearwater pass, north to new port richie, out to the 9 mile limit on the large Sea Fox only!!! The Sea Pro must stay east of the barrier islands in the sheltered waters of the sound.

If the operator was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 they must have proof of taking the course, otherwise it is not required. No rest room. Yes, the Anclote River connects to the gulf.

Yes, we only use ethanol free fuel and not every other marina stocks it so we require fuel to come from us. It is currently 4.999 per gallon

some rental places require a large deposit for rentals is there one for this ? are weekends other than the ones stated more money or are they blocked?

We require your authorization to charge your credit card for any damage or fines that are your responsibility. Beyond the blackout dates weekends are available but obviously there is the most competition for weekend dates. You need to book well in advance. There are no additional charges except for actual fuel usage and sales tax on the deal.
