Groupon: Collective Buying Power

The grouon coupon indicates that the floral shop is too busy to accept phone calls today. If we call tomorrow will we be able to use these coupons for delivery for valentiens day?

If you are having an issue with the Groupon process, by all means, please contact our customer support team at (877) 788-7858. This Groupon / Bell’s Floral are not too busy to accept phone calls; I think you were confused as to what the employee at Bell’s was telling you. It seems that you were having an issue with your unique six digit code on the Groupon—our customer support is here to help.

However, the Groupons are not available for redemption until tomorrow (as stated on the Groupon voucher). By all means, call or come into the shop tomorrow to start smelling the roses.

So is this going to be a issue with us being able to redeem or having delivered in time on Valentine’s Day.

I just spoke with the shop and they won’t deliver OUTSIDE of their own delivery area. Now I have to pick up the flowers and delivery them myself in the surround kc area.

Can you use more than one at a time?

Laschon- No, this will not be an issue to redeem/delivered by Valentine’s Day. As stated on the Groupon voucher (what you print out), this Groupon isn’t valid to redeem until tomorrow.

Bell’s Flower Arrangement Groupon specifically stated deliveries could be made in The Kansas City Metro area and in time for Valentine’s Day. The $12.00 delivery charge could be included as part of the Groupon…..but when I called to order, they couldn’t deliver south of the river, and certainly not by Valentine’s Day! The good news is that Groupon agreed to return the money I paid for the certificate, and in a most congenial and polite way. Don’t you think if Bell’s Flowers advertised this information, that they could hire and extra delivery person for this weekend and come out way ahead?? Shame on you, Bell’s Flowers! There are a lot of unemployed people that could have benefitted by your overflow business!

I had a horrible experience with Bell’s Flowers and am urging anyone who decides to do business with them to think again.

I was allowed to order and paid for two group on coupons, I have used one already. On the first day we could place orders, I was in California, unable to be with my mother after her surgery. Over the internet, I had no problem using my groupon coupon to order flowers for delivery to my mother in Lee’s Summit. She was coming home from the hospital Saturday evening and I was hoping to get them to her asap! Bell flowers came through beautifully! The most lovely bright yellow arrangement arrived early Monday morning! With all the grey, cold, KS weather and her enduring pain of recovery, the surprise delivery was simply PERFECT!

Thank you Groupon and Thank you Bell Flowers! I’m saving the second coupon for a special occasion!!!
