The children’s dance program starts at the beginning of each month and introduces younger students to modern, ballet, belly-dancing, and flamenco movements. Fitness classes blend belly dancing with strength training, whereas beginners' belly-dancing classes teach the introductory moves of the Dallal method. Her Belly2Abs studios create a safe and harmonious space for women to work out and explore the undulating movements of belly dancing, tango, and flamenco.
