Bent Yoga

The temperature inside Bent Yoga's studio fluctuates between 85 and 105 degrees, depending on which class is being taught. The thermostat will read 85+ degrees for introductory Torch+Tone Slow Burn sessions, 90+ degrees for the studio's signature Vinyasa yoga sessions, and 95+ degrees for the more challenging Funky Freestyle Vinyasa sessions. But the heat isn't the only thing that distinguishes this place from other yoga studios. Upbeat music sets the tone for each yoga workout, and a "no judgment" environment makes it perfectly acceptable to stumble when you try to levitate for the first time.
