I recently bought three SPA 101 groupons for an upcoming trip to Miami in November. In the discussion comments, Patrick said we could use the facilities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, sundeck) either before or after the Spa services while at the Hotel. Is the use of the beach also inclued in that earlier Groupon?
Do you need to rent a room to use the coupon and the beach?
I have the same question as Antoinette. DO I need to rent a room to use the coupon? You need to clarify this.
Is there a place to take a shower and change clothes?

Great you got on the Spa 101 GROUPON unfortunatly todays deal is not included with your GROUPON purchase.

You do not need to purchase a room to get on todays GROUPON.

Yes they have restrooms where you can change and use the showers by the pool but no lockers are provided.

1) You can make the reservation at any time. The sooner is better so you can have more availability of dates.
2) Yes, if we have time available, I will be more than happy to make your reservation

What are the hours that the Beach club is open? Is this a private beach?

We are open daily form 9am until 6pm and the Beach is public but our chairs and umbrellas are for guest only.

I just want to make sure I am crystal clear on your hours of operation. So you are open 7 days a week from 9am through 6pm, correct???
Also, will the seat be removed from under me promptly at 6pm? LOL!!! Just kidding, but seriously what time do you need to vacate the premises?

around 5:30 pm we start advising the guests that by 6pm we do have to have the chairs back.
By 6pm should be all clear.

I have a family of 3.. (one teenager) is this a family beach club or adults only. If it is for families, could I rent an extra chair for my teen or would I have to buy another groupon for 2 people under my husband or daughter’s name so we could visit the club together.

1) At our Bentley Beach Club ( all ages are welcome) . For the kids we even have a designated are for playing if they like
2) Yes we can rent the extra chair if you need (cash only) $10 each for the day
3)Each kid is treated as a guest as well
