With the four-cup option, is this for a certain-size cup? Does it include mix-in's as well, or just the yogurt?

Hi Belinda - It can be used with either cup size and includes toppings as well. Each of the 4 separate times you visit our store, you'll get $5 towards your yogurt + toppings, and then pay for the balance. Hope this answers your question.
