During the initial visit, Doctors of Chiropractic John and Tim Beshel conduct a chiropractic consultation and evaluation before taking a set of digital x-rays, if necessary. On the second and third visits, they use the exam results to guide chiropractic adjustments and intersegmental traction treatments, which help correct the spinal issues that can cause pain and poor posture. All three visits also include a session of heat and electric muscle-stimulation therapy.
