The staff was not friendly or helpful. They treated us like we were a bother to them. I don't know if it was because we were groupon users? Bad attitudes. Not good for travelers.

The pool room was horribly cold!! And there was no hot tub. I would never go to a hotel with no hot tub.

I upgraded the room to the jacuzzi suite. That brought the room rate up to the usual rate for the jacuzzi suite, but I had no problem with that really. But--at first they could only find my reservation for a regular room & the jacuzzi suites were booked. Finally the person who booked the room for me remembered that I wanted the upgrade. It was my 10th Anniversary & we were looking forward to the jacuzzi. They ended up bumping someone & giving us the upgraded suite. This was their mistake. In the original Groupon, it mentioned upgrading for an additional amount, and even tho I submitted a question to you, I never received an answer. I think it should have been explained more clearly.
