Bhakti Yoga Lounge

Located in the heart of the Sugar House neighborhood, Bhakti Yoga Lounge is a yoga studio and lounge that offers Ashtanga, restorative, and flow classes to the community. Part yoga space, part arts center, the facility offers up to eight classes a day, seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. while hosting live music, art and fashion events. While the schedule may be busy, the center itself is peaceful. Classes include Sunrise Flow to help prepare for the day, intro to meditation, the physiological methods behind asanas in Align & Refine, and pre- and postnatal sessions. Students of all ages and experience come in to gain strength and flexibility while aligning breaths with challenging yoga poses, or to relax with tension-melting sessions, with discounts available for kids and seniors.
