We did the Segway tour with Bike & Roll Miami, and our guide Adam was truly wonderful. My mom is 70 and had never been on a Segway, and while she never quite got fully comfortable, Adam was endlessly patient, calm, and reassuring the entire time. He never rushed her, never made her feel embarrassed, and genuinely helped her enjoy the experience at her own pace.
He checked in constantly, gave clear guidance, and made the whole tour feel safe and fun. It ended up being one of our favorite things we did in Miami simply because of how well he took care of us.
If you book a tour, definitely ask for Adam — he made all the difference. 🌴💛
