I have a brand new bike in the box that needs assembling. Would you consider merging the building of the bike with the tune up for a bit more money at the time of service?

Hey Andrew, Out of the box bike assembly consist of Handle bar, seat post and front wheel installation with tightening bolts and screws and a complete bike safety check, this would cost you extra $20 with the purchase of a coupon. No problem, we can do that for you as long as not every piece of the bike needs assembly. A full complete bike assembly would take over two hours to do, which is more costly. Hope the answer helped.

What does: "maximum of two bikes for four-tune up option" - two bikes doesn't mean two tune-up of $24 each?

Hi Luc, the $89 deal offers 4 complete tune ups in total, it can be used for one or two bicycles. It is valid for one year from the purchase date.

Hi Kelly. The voucher expires 120 days after purchase and after that the amount paid WILL NEVER EXPIRE and must continue to be honored by the merchant after the promotional value expires.
