I bought a 20 class punch pass voucher for my girlfriend. She has not been to Bikram since August. I now am worried she can not use the 20 punch pass because it is for new users or people who havent been in a year. Does that mean that you have to not have been in any of the previous 12 months? Or since the new year is coming if she uses it after January 1st would she be considered new again? I am confused to exactly how it works. Kind of seems weird you only have this deal for new clients. She loves Bikram but it is very expensive so I thought I was helping her out because she dearly misses it.

Hi Dustin The groupon promo was for new students or if it been more than one year at the studio. So if she was here in August 2012 she would not be eligible for the groupon. You can contact the studio and we can verify the last time she was here for you. Thanks Chuck 250-869-0468

I'm not sure if my girl friend has bought one yet. But if she did and I've bought her one as a gift also to do with me would she be aloud to use her's and the one I got her as a stocking stuffer?

Hi Elizabeth! The groupon has to be activated anytime before February 27th and the day you activate it, you have 6 months to use the 20 class card up. Thanks Chuck

Hi Brandy! Bikram is a great way for beginner to start out. When you start it all about pacing yourself and going slow for the first few classes as your body gets used to the heat and the postures. Its a great way to build strength, flexibility balance and to detox your body. Just come well hydrated and a eagerness to learn and you will do great. You can find this information in the Fine Print section on the deal page or next to the Groupon in your account if you have already purchased it. Today's Groupon expires on Feb 27, 2013, so you would need to redeem it for one month of unlimited classes by then.
